Accidently damaged by gunfire blast in Great Australian Bight.
Repaired and not returned to sea duties.
Preserved at RAF Museum, Hendon UK.

Damaged by machinegun fire from aircraft at Crete on 11-1-41, then in collision with L2243 from HMS Ajax on 12-1-41. Transferred to HMS Ajax whose aircraft L2243 was given to HMAS Perth.
Shot down over Crete on 28-4-41 by two Dorniers.
Aircraft destroyed but crew rescued by HMS Havoc

The "Skull" insignia which was painted on one of the Walrus in the Mediterranean. ( The aircraft and RAAF insignia were added to make a composite photo.)
